Cancellation & Prepayment

Refundable Caution/Damage Deposit
- A damage deposit of $500 (or its equivalent in Naira via funds transfer) is required upon arrival.
- This will be collected as a cash payment or funds transfer.
- The deposit will be fully refunded in cash at check-out or via funds transfer (within 48 hours after check-out) subject to a property inspection.
Children & Beds
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Ensure you provide the number of children and their ages for accurate pricing and occupancy details.
- Cots and extra beds are not available.
Age Restriction
The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.
Pets
- Pets (excluding wild animals) are allowed but must remain confined to the guest's apartment.
- Pets are not permitted in common areas unless on a leash and accompanied by a handler.
- Guests are strictly liable for their pets’ behavior.

We accepts special requests, which should be communicated in advance to ensure the best service.
